I would just like to say thank you for the effort Passmore put into our recent bathroom conversion.

Just a few days on having a wetroom is making such a difference to us. My daughter, who has spent the last 18 months or so vehemently resisting showering and bathing has willingly cooperated in the wetroom.

Whilst my son can now access his personal care with dignity now that there is enough space for both him and a carer within the room.

I would just like to say what an amazing and fantastic job that has been completed at my parents house (Mr and Mrs Waterhouse).

A fantastic man named Ron was responsible, he went above and beyond, ripped out a very old bath and old shower, did an excellent job of tiling on very old walls, was also asked to carry tea and sandwich to my 82 year old mum stuck in bed, much thanks for that, the job was completed on time and is stunning. What an amazing and approachable man he is! Thank you so much! It has made life alot easier for my parents to actually get a wash, Ron deserves a medal. The communication from your company from start to finish was excellent and lovely helpful people on the telephone - big, BIG, thanks!
