Thank you Nigel Dawson (surveyor/designer) for your help, advice and knowledge in making our wet room suit all our family needs.

A big thank you to Steve Earnshaw who did the majority of work all by himself.

Transforming our bathroom into a wet room wasn’t easy, but Steve took it in his stride to complete everything to perfection- from-widening the door frame / fitting new door /tiling throughout / fitting new ceiling and diverting the stench pipe to the outside of the house so we could gain a little more precious room to accommodate our stylish vanity units.

Steve had a saying “ I am here to please you in giving you the wet room that you want, if anything is concerning you then please talk to me, I want to walk away knowing you are happy with all aspects of my work.”

How very true this was… from no fault of anyone’s the shower had to be changed to a different type which meant 2 very large newly laid tiles had to be chipped away so that the water pipes could be moved into a different position, this didn’t faze Steve and was altered as quickly as possible.

Thank you to Mark Buck (electrician) - a polite man who connected the towel heater and extractor fan and explained how they worked.

Both workman are a credit to the company and our wet room has surpassed all my expectations.
