I write to Passmore to thank your staff for all the help and work that they have done installing a shower (mobility) in my bathroom , l am very pleased with the work completed and l have passed this onto The City of York Council - Physical Disability and Sensory Impairment Team.

Please pass my appreciation and thanks to Dave White, Norman, and the electrician, for all their work, I gave a 10 out of 10 score to City of York Council, Norman was very accommodating throughout all the work asking me if I was happy with the positioning of the shower etc before fixing it onto the tiles, this was greatly appreciated so we could get the best position for me with the bath seat. The shower is perfect and works a treat and it's lot easier for me to shower now.

I have No hesitation in recommending your company to others.
