May my wife and I take this opportunity of congratulating your company on the recent excellent renovation of our bathroom. Our whole experience can only be described as memorable and satisfying and one which clearly demonstrated a true attitude to customer care and professionalism of staff.

From the moment we crossed the showroom threshold we were warmly welcomed by Garry and felt completely at ease when making our choices. The installation of all items was ably completed by Martin, a very competent and personable chap, whom showed enormous respect and a clear desire to satisfy.

In conclusion i can not sufficiently emphasis our delight with the completed renovation and furthermore our unquestionable good fortune in choosing More Ability and Passmores.

I would just like to say thank you for the effort Passmore put into our recent bathroom conversion.

Just a few days on having a wetroom is making such a difference to us. My daughter, who has spent the last 18 months or so vehemently resisting showering and bathing has willingly cooperated in the wetroom.

Whilst my son can now access his personal care with dignity now that there is enough space for both him and a carer within the room.
