Please pass huge thanks to Steve who has been fitting my Grandparent's new bathroom not only is he helpful, professional, clean and tidy and has done a great job...but he even called me to say that my Nan had tried to give him money and she wouldn't accept it back. He asked if he could leave it somewhere for me to put back in their bank as he knew they didn't have much to spare.
