I would like to express how pleased we are with the standard of work done in the conversion of my wet room.

The young tradesman, Matthew Wilson, did an excellent job. He did the work to an extremely high standard and in a very timely manner, making sure that i was not too inconvenienced to the best of his ability in such circumstances. He is efficient and reliable and very hard working.

He is a pleasant and polite young man and is an excellent ambassador for the tradesmen at Passmore Group. I hope you will pass on this recommendation to Matthew and the other tradesmen who accompanied him on this job.
