I would just like to congratulate you on your excellent staff. All extremely professional, hardworking and tidy.

The employee that completed most of the work, Barry (Baz) worked so hard, under very difficult circumstances. The bathroom was a really small area, and the plumbing work previously carried out, needed to be rectified prior to any further work being carried out. There was even a problem with the placement of the sink, and he had to wait for authorisation to move it.

Baz worked extremely hard, even working late into the evening on more than one occasion, to ensure I was not put to any inconvenience. He cleaned the work area every night before leaving, and was always polite. On completion of the work, he took the time to explain how everything worked, and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. He, and your other workmen even had a sense of humour!

You must be very proud to employ such an excellent workforce. I would have no hesitation in recommending Passmore based on the last two weeks experience of the company.

We have been extremely satisfied with your service from our initial visit to your showroom, to the finished shower. Due to the excellent advice given in the showroom when we visit, we realised that a shower was more appropriate to our needs than a walk-in bath.

The design process went smoothly and thanks are due here to your designer Andy Keir. We appreciated him making a return visit with the final design as it is difficult for us to get to your showroom.
We also appreciate Paul, our fitter, arriving at 7pm one evening to finish fitting the shower doors, which had unfortunately been delayed by one of your suppliers.
