The Design Stage Explained.

Visit you at home to carry out a design appointment

Offering a free bathroom design and quote service an experienced designer will visit you at home to learn more about your bathing requirements.

Following a detailed discussion and measuring of the existing suite, they will be able to offer expert help and advice with regards to a safe and accessible design and in most cases provide you with an idea of cost.

Prepare a detailed quote and CAD visuals

If you're happy with everything that has been discussed at your design appointment, and providing you're wanting to proceed, we'll invite you to one of our bathroom showrooms where we'll provide you with a detailed quote and CAD visuals.

Similarly if you decide at the design appointment, or after receiving other quotes, that our service is not for you, you'll never be pressured to proceed to the next step.

Offer advice on all products and fixture choices

At the showroom appointment, the aim of the visit is to finalise your product choices. You'll have time to explore our range of bathroom and shower room solutions and your designer will be happy to help and advise where necessary.

Once everything's been decided we’ll be able to provide you with an exact cost for the works, which includes installation. It’s then up to you as to whether you want to place an order with us.

At point of order we require a 20% deposit on all bathroom orders which is payable by credit card, cheque, BACS or direct debit.

The Ordering And Supply Stage Explained.

Schedule your job in with our installation team

At point of order we'll schedule your project in with our installation team and provide you with a provisional installation month. From here your project will remain with your designer for job preparation.

Book an installation survey to check your final specification

Following completion of your job preparation your project file will be passed onto the installation team whereby the installations surveyor will be in touch to arrange a final site visit with yourself.

The purpose of this visit is to confirm and check your final specification, including measurements, products, and fixture choices, prior to ordering.

Following your survey we will be in touch to provide you with a more concrete installation timescale in the form of a week commencing start date.

Order and store all materials, ready for your project to start

Once your final specification has been checked and signed off your file will be passed onto our purchasing team where all product and fixture choices are ordered with our manufacturers and suppliers ready for your project to start.

We deliver and store most items in our warehouse however in some instances we may ask for goods to be delivered directly to site while works are in progress.
