With vast experience in similar customer service and purchasing roles, albeit different sectors, Mahri has a highly technical background with a great understanding of various purchasing software and operating systems.
As well as supporting with stock levels, warehouse management and negotiating prices in an attempt to streamline the supplier list for improved customer relations; Mahri is also responsible for the ordering of all materials, products, fixtures and fittings for works accepted under all 3 brands; More Bathrooms, More Ability & More Build.

It is a testamentary to you both for the high quality and attentive customer service that you have provided - to be so keen to resolve an issue inherited from a company that you brought and an installation issue 4 years old was frankly a surprise!
Your company is clearly unique in working with a third party to resolve the problems we were experience which it appears were after all not related to the original installation. You had one intent of owning the problem and resolving the issue.
What now appears to be the best solution for us of having a new system at no cost – is a great result!
As I work at the Citizens Advice I spend my days dealing with companies who put their commercial consideration first at the expense of helping their customers. They have hollow customer service promises, which easier are broken when challenged particularly if there is a suggestion of any additional cost to their business. So to have this first class service is a refreshing change and restores my faith that some companies act with integrity and really care about their customers
