Last month the Passmore Group welcomed 2 new employees to the team.
Lee Billington (left), has taken on the role of Building Surveyor, employed to assist and support the Building Manager Tony Hill and the MoreBuild brand. Lee’s role incorporates, but is not limited to, tender procurement, conception to completion project management of public and private sector extensions, conversions, and alterations. Lee studied at Leeds Metropolitan University where he qualified in HNC Surveying and HND Building Studies. Before joining Passmore’s Lee ran his own, successful, Building Repairs and Maintenance Company.
Paul Liddle (right), is an experienced Bathroom surveyor, designer and fully qualified plumber (installer) who, before joining the Passmore Group, ran his own bespoke bathroom design, supply and installation Company. Paul studied at Hull University where he graduated in Business Management before setting up his own business. Subsequent to suffering from the dreaded “plumber’s knees”, Paul reverted to the survey and design line work only which brought him to our door. Paul now works directly with the MoreBathrooms and MoreAbility brands where he surveys and designs bathroom works and solutions for our customers, offering unparalleled and knowledgeable advice.

I just wanted to say thank you and let you know how lovely your installer Sam has been with my mum Dorothy. Due to having Alzheimers I was really concerned about leaving her alone with Sam as she often tries to get people to do jobs they aren't there to do or tries to give them sometimes quite large sums of money.
Unfortunately though I had to work on Monday when Sam was there working so I rang my mum in the morning to tell her he would be there and to let him in and not to give him any money as I was paying him. I had given Sam my number in case he had any problems and he called me later on Monday afternoon to say he had finished what he could do and needed to leave the cement to dry so would finish the grouting on Thursday.
He then said my mum had been chatting to him and he had said he had a couple of little boys so my mum was trying to give him some money for them. He said he felt really uncomfortable with it but didn't quite know what to do as she was being really insistent. I told him to take them money and thank her as this would make her happy and stop her pestering him and he could then leave the money in a safe place and I would pick it up and put it back in her purse later.
I went around to see her today and Sam had left the money where he said he would. I have left him a note thanking him but I also wanted you to know how trustworthy and kind your staff are, though I'm sure you already knew that.
There are so many stories around about elderly vulnerable people being taken advantage of so you just don't know who to trust anymore. After our experience with Sam we will certainly be recommending you to anyone in the area who has a vulnerable adult who requires work carrying out by someone they can trust.
I just wanted to thank the workmen that came to fit the wet room, They all did an excellent job.
Especially Richard, I can't thank him enough, I was amazed at his quick installation of the wet room. He was very friendly, a good conversationalist, and when he finished he explained the functions of the shower pump. The quality of his work is above and beyond. The room looks like a 5 star hotel! I am impressed.
He was even singing as he worked, I could not help but join in! I told him to audition for xfactor we had a laugh about it. What a great guy and a credit to your company.
Using the shower is going to make my life a lot easier so I am thankful for that.
Calvin worked to a very high standard with minimal disruption.
To say he is only young he has done a fantastic job and is a credit to your company.
Very pleased with the work to my new wet room - the lads were absolutely brilliant!
So pleased that everything was under one roof so we didn't have to do any searching for different tradesmen to do the work.
