I felt the need to write to your company. First let me say thank you. My wet room shower is so lovely, I am very happy. I must complement your choice of workman. The gentlemen doing my job lives in my street although we had never met. I found him to be very good at his job and his manner, he left every evening, tools away and possible for me (I am 81 years) to use the bathroom during the night. He works very hard and so again I thank you.

12th February 2010 – Management Committee Ribon House

At our last Management Committee meeting my colleagues asked me to let you know how pleased the Committee is with the way the job of installing the lift at Ripon House was carried out. I was glad to have the chance to express our satisfaction to Tony Hill when we signed off the job last December, but this note comes with the whole Committee's endorsement.

I was delighted to see that the remaining small jobs had been completed by the time of my post-Christmas visit to the hostel, and it is most pleasing that the Ripon House staff have encountered no problems. We all look forward to the occasion when the lift is officially opened.

From a step in, en – suite shower which was rather small and difficult for my wife to get into, to a light spacious and airy floor level wet room in ten working days, is a tribute to your efficiency and the dedication of your staff from Nigel at the onset, to Andy, then to Mark the electrician, and all concerned.

I have to say, I have worked in the building business for a good few years and I have never come across a more conscientious and able worker than Andy Dennison. He obviously knows his job, and is more than willing to get on with it. A rare breed indeed! Worth looking after.
